so, as i was “wrapping things up” last night — checking email, etc — after hitting the Outlook with Jackson and Hunter, I noticed Karen, out beloved female kitty going a bit nuts around the front window of our house. I turned to the left to see what was what, and there, sitting just inches from the window was a smallish, grey cat. It scared the living beejeezus out of me, as the cat was lit up by the lamp in the window, and I really hadn’t expected there to be a cat, or really ANYTHING staring in the window at me.

Immediately, the cat-naming gears in my head started turning, and I deemed that this cat should be known as “Stoop Cee-Aye-Double-Tee” (Stoop Catt), as he/she was found upon our stoop after a no-doubt harrowing night livin’ on the streetz. I put out some water and food for this newly-favored kitty, and called it a night. Perhaps he/she shall show up tomorrow? I just don’t know.

i think, sometimes, that kelly has a strange fetish with subjecting cats to what can only be called “feline bondage”. she seems preoccupied with getting the cats to use a harness. now, most cats don’t even like it when you put a piece of string on their backs, much less a harness. kelly borrowed a Size-Right Cat Harness from a friend at work, and subjected poor karen to this thing. after realizing that we had it on sideways, karen actually seemed to be okay with it. that is, until i brandished a rake at her whilst working in the garden for a moment. she flipped out and broke free from her surly bondage. kelly managed to get her back into the thing — well, almost. karen bolted into the garden, and was summarily cornered and apprehended. deciding that i didn’t want kelly to lose one of our cats, the whole fiasco ended soon afterwards. we do have photographic evidence of the whole fandango.

What’s up?! Many updates on the CAR MP3 site today! (this morning actually. I am so tired. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzz).
So, i’ve added new pictures! I’ve added a new diary entry, and I re-did the HOW-TO section too. Plenty of Hardware, Software, and Installation notes. (not all are completed yet, i’m about to die from lack of sleep).
Also, any of you coming from the MP3Car Ring, DROP ME A LINE! It’d be great to hear from you all, even if it is just questions. Hehe. Enjoy!
